  1. Services Offered: Jonathan McHarg provides consultancy, development, security, and support services within the IT technology sector for small businesses.
  2. Payment Terms:
    • A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
    • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the agreed work.
    • All invoices are due for payment upon presentation.
  3. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellation of services after work has commenced will result in the forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit.
  4. Dispute Resolution:
    • In the event of a dispute, parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing any other legal recourse.
  5. Confidentiality and Security:
    • Jonathan McHarg agrees to treat all information provided by the client as strictly confidential.
    • Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or necessary for the provision of services.
    • All reasonable measures will be taken to ensure the security of client data.
  6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    • Jonathan McHarg shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the services provided.
    • Liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the specific service in question.
